BUILD tied up this 50,000-square-foot, mixed-use building at the base of Potrero Hill in 2014, developed a plan to add 30,000 square feet of Small Enterprise Workspace, and then brought in a local office investor to purchase the property. BUILD realized a success fee on the transaction and retained an ownership stake in the building.
