BUILD entered an agreement with the seller of this 25,000-square-foot warehouse in the Mission Creek neighborhood in 2013 and helped resolve a landlord–tenant dispute that had impaired the value and ability for a transaction on the property to occur. During the resolution process, BUILD repositioned, improved and re-tenanted the building and subsequently sold the project.
