469 Stevenson is currently the service parking lot for Nordstrom. BUILD is just beginning the process of getting to know the neighborhood and understand the potential to transform this surface parking lot into thoughtful homes for San Franciscans.
We have submitted a Preliminary Planning Application with design concepts from architect Solomon Cordwell Buenz (SCB) that include 467 homes with a range of unit types in a single, 28-story tower. We welcome feedback and input from neighbors and other interested community members.
