Lauren Harvey is a Development Manager at BUILD, where she manages the entitlement, design, permitting, and construction of development projects, primarily India Basin. On any given day she can be maintaining project budgets and schedules, organizing community outreach, managing consultants, working with contractors, and supporting business development and financing.

Lauren joined the company in February 2021. Prior to BUILD she was a Development Project Manager at Riaz Capital, managing multifamily development projects in the East Bay. Her development experience began in 2016 at Wynn Design and Development as a Project Manager on a 3 million square foot resort development in Boston. She focused her efforts on the surrounding public infrastructure, acquisitions, planning and land use for future development activities for the resort company. Prior to that she was a commercial broker at Colliers International in Boston.

She graduated from Boston University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in Real Estate and Finance. During that time, she was a coxswain on the BU Men’s Rowing Team. These days she spends her free time on the trails either mountain biking or skiing.
