DESCRIPTION: India Basin will be a mixed-use village with retail shops, apartments, and townhomes intricately linked to a six-acre park along San Francisco's eastern shoreline. BUILD is also exploring an alternative development scenario that could include a significant amount of commercial space should the market demand such uses.
